    Keep in mind a peculiarity...to install SP2 in Vista you must first have installed SP1.  [Though now easier to slipstream them both with vlite.  Sadly, you used to be able to just download the various Vista ISO's with SP updates already added from MS' digital river as you now can Win7, but that disappeared after Win7 came out.  ...

    Just upgraded my system. I have recieved an Abit IX38 board and the Intel Q6700. Man this thing runs fast! It is not that much hotter than my old Pentium D 930 (I bet the dual core would run even cooler), and this thing zips throught updates and installs.
