Which 4/8 pin?  The one coming from the fan on the video card.  If so, it is not plugged to the main board but into the video card itself.  It powers up just fine.  The CPU heatsink powers up ok and is plugged into the correct port.  Is this what you are talking about or a different pin connector?  Thanks for your ...
