Hi!
I am deciding to upgrade to a water cooled CPU or not and I wondered if it easily can get damaged if you move around the computer often (which I do alot) and if you guys have some suggestions on which one I should choose.
I only have the CM Storm Scout so i can't have a large radiator and my CPU is an Intel Core i5 2500k

Anyone know if Newegg is currently selling rev 1.0 or 3.0? I'm asking because of the vdroop issues associated with rev 1.0.

I'm in the midst of helping my dad do some basic upgrades on his machine. It's a bit dated, but it suits his needs and he doesn't want to spend the money to build a new one.
Anyways, someone told me that if you had DDR3 memory it was backwards compatible with DDR2 and would just slow itself down according to the motherboard. Well, I bought this ...

I had originally been planning to build a new computer but in all honesty I really don't need that right now. Now, back to business- here's what I'm looking to upgrade specifically:

I got an old Dell computer from a relative of mine since I've been wanting to build my own computer and ended up, after some research, realizing that was a pain and what I really wanted to do was save some time and money and just upgrade one. I figured it would be easier to just switch out the video card, upgrade RAM, add some HDD, and maybe ...

Hey all,
I've been doing a lot of searching around for computer parts since I want to upgrade from what I have now (it's in All in One PC.. bleh) and was wondering if anyone could give me a bit of help on what to get.
I'm no pro, but the main issue I have is cooling and noise.
I tend to keep my computer on for days at a time, and I'm typically ...

On the fourth computer that I upgraded to Windows 8, 64-bit, I
chose the “Keep Settings” option during the installation instead of the “Clean
Install” that I did on the other three computers.
The “Keep Settings” installation went fine and the
programs like Microsoft Office were saved fine. After this I tried to search
for Updates. This is where I ...

Hi,
By any chance does anyone here have a good solution for the problem I'm facing: I want to upgrade the motherboard on my Commodore 64X - if you don't know it, it's a small form-factor mini ITX case. The mobo I was looking at (ASUS P8H61-I R2) requires a minimum 350W power supply. I want to add onto it an Intel i3-2105 and 16 GB ...

First of all, I'm still newbish and I don't know how to add an HDD to my current system. I purchased this HDD and I currently am running my OS and other programs off of my 120gb SSD. I thought to install another drive all you needed was to plug it in but it won't show up on my motherboard UEFI BIOS screen under the boot priority list. It does show ...
