I built a gaming pc and i wanted to hook it up to my 37 inch Olevia lcd tv, I just wanted to know if it's safe, it won't dammage the tv or video card or anything. So heres is what i have so far, NOTHING!..... there are no true HD TV tuner cards for PCs they don't exist and i feel sorry for those who fall for it.
