I just received my new laptop with this MLK and am having trouble activating the Office software.  When I enter the product key I am told it is incorrect.  I activated the trial version without a problem.  Any ideas?

I use Cobian 8 (black moon).  I just realized there is a new version 9, but it is not open source.  Cobian found another person to take over when he left on sabbatical so things have changed....but 8 will do what you want.  It is powerful, reliable and FREE.  Give 9 a whirl...I will when I have time.

I purchased a Sony DVD burner 8 months ago, and now it's broken. At first it recognized DVD's for what they were, but now the show up as CD's.
