The difference between UPS and DHL is night and Day. My order was placed on the 22nd. It shipped on the 23rd with DHL and hasn't left New Jersey for 2 days. Update:
I was able to confirm that the extra ~$0.15 is being added to the tax because of the $1.00 (USD) brokerage fee that is rolled into the shipping charge. Although shipping is not taxed, the brokerage fee is.
$1.00 USD = ~$1.24 CADOntario$1.24 x 13% = $0.16Manitoba$1.24 x 12% = $0.15
