Most DDR2 memory employ one or more SPDs specifications, embedded within the DIMMs themselves. These specifications let the BIOS determine what speed (and timings too) to run at.

I just purchased this ASUS from Newegg and would like to upgrade the memory to 4GB. The MB has 2 dimms but I can't seem to find a compatible stick that comes in 2GB. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
