I am shopping for a CF card to put in my IDE adapter to act as a primary hard drive.  I'm going to get an 8gb or 16 gb, but I was wondering what speed to get.  Is 133X (20mbps) good enough?  or should I go higher?  Or maybe even lower?

I'm new at all this computer and internet stuff, even though I have been in the Computer Hardware Industry for 20+ years. PCB Desiger by trade. Worked on Unix Mainframes thru PC's.
