A friend of mine recently received a Dell Vostro 1520 laptop with the standard Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500MHD (for suck).
Knowing that the NVIDIA GeForce 9300M is also available for this model, is there some means of upgrading the graphics card to this or another, aftermarket, without breakin the bank or the computer?

I bought used bfg geforce 8800 gt and the temperature of the graphic card is less than ideal at both idle and under load. so I'd like to open the panel and clean out the dust and see if that helps.

well i had my first one replaced becuase it was damaged, so today i recived the replacement and its has the exact same thing done to it. 1 screw is not in all the way and is different compared to the rest. is this normal?has it happen to any one else? am i parinod?
