Hi I just purchased parts to build a computer from scratch, this is my first time building and my motherboard post code output came up with 84 when I tried to turn the power on, the fans and lights and power seem to work, nothing shows up on screen, the beeper emits short continuous beeps.
84 in the motherboard manual translates ...

I have not been able to get the DVD to recognize a blank DVD so I could burn something to it. It has never worked and I am well past the return period (30 days). I'm going to have to take the loss on the brand new product, and find a better quality DVD burner to purchase. I'll chalk this up to lessons learned.
