Is it really necessary to buy the Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste? I'm ordering a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, won't that come with thermal paste already applied, and won't my CPU have thermal paste on it too? I don't intend to overclock my CPU, but I'm buying a Freezer 7 Pro. Is it worth the 6 bucks?

I have built the above system. It powers up. The power LED comes on, the hdd light comes on, three fans come on, the video card comes on, but the processor cooler comes on briefly and there is no video output. Hey guys, I just want a fan controller to control 2 120mm fans, and my CPU Cooler.  I'm looking for a decent one between $10-$20.  I don't need temp sensors, or LCD screens, or have it light up.  Just one with normal knobs that works so I can turn my fans down so they are not so loud during minimal loads.  Thanks.
