I am going to put together a PC using the MSI Wind Barebone (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856167032&Tpk=N82E16856167032). It says it has a 1.6GHz Intel Atom. But is this the 64-bit Atom? I know there's 3 (according to Wikipedia) models of the processor.
The Atom N230 is apparently 64-bit. I'd assume it is this one ...

I got really excited when the latest blow out sale had a Seagate 320 G Sata HD on sale. So I purchased it for my PC. Then I decided that I rather have it for my notebook computer, and went online and purchased the AMS enclosure for the HD, not realizing that it's IDE and not Sata like the HD.
Both of the items were REALLY good ...

Hello all,I just ordered parts to build my first system (see below for specifics). The motherboard seems to present (based on reviews) some challenges, which makes me a bit nervous for a first build. Are there any good online resources to walk me through the build? As a plan B, there is a local computer repair shop that I trust which charges ...

I'm thinking of something like this, but I'll probably switch some things up a bit. Price isn't too big of a concern since like I said before, I plan to use this for at least 4 years so I'm fine with spending a little extra but it has to be under 3k.
Case: Can't find a suitable one. I don't want one with LED fans, that sort of stuff, I don't want ...

I am upgrading from the old socket 754 build I put together in college. This is my preliminary list of hardware. The budget is tight, so I'll be putting the core together first, reusing some old components, and upgrading as I can. I don't have too many builder friends, so any opinions and input would be greatly appreciatedMotherboard

One review for this vid card said...
Other Thoughts: If you own the antec 900 and want this card, switch the drive bays around so the card fits, this is an absolute beast in size and performance.
I'm ordering the Antec 900 case with 4 Sata drives this weekend and I believe I'm getting this XFX card.
Does anyone out there have this ...

Hello everyone!
Ok, my friend is in need of a budget gamer computer less than $500. He wants a gaming computer that will be just as good as mine, on a budget. He wants it to be good enough to run all the new games. NOT on maximum settings but where he will have a beautiful gaming experience without any issues.
Ok, story aside... I'm going ...

I'm designing this for my father who's upgrading from an old Dell.... I'm obviously trying to keep this on the lower end of the price range for him since, in truth, he only uses it to access the internet and check e-mail. This system will be running Windows XP, and will likely not upgrade to Vista. Any incompatibilities / ...
