I'd recommend 2 options. I own Macs and PCs, so there are two very good options for me.
Apple's Aperture and Adobe's Lightroom. Both cost $300USD.
Both applications process RAW files natively, which is all I shoot.

I'm a little curious as to how other companies are addressing employees who want to utilize their brand new iphone with their corporate applications (outlook, lotus notes....etc)
We didn't think much of it till we received calls asking why people couldn't get their iphone to sync with their outlook Monday morning.
