Just finished assembling my 1st computer, Plugged it in, hit the power switch on the front of the case, and got nothing. I do have a blinking green light on the mobo, The computer just doesn't turn on. None of the fans run, no sounds, no power supply fan; just has the blinking light on the mobo.
Anyone have an idea on ...

I'm building a HTPC using the Antec Fusion V2 case. I want a good, cheap, and silent (three things at once? :p) graphics card to go with this. I reckon the Ati HD2600 Pro or XT from MSI, Sapphire or HIS fits these requirements well. I read somewhere that the MSI won't fit in the antec, but the HIS and Sapphire ...
