Hey, I just finished building a new computer, but when I started to boot it up, only the power supply and optical drive boot up, no fans, no mobo, no hdd, no front panel LEDs, this is only my second build, and I am clueless, if anyone can help, please do. Specs listed below.

Because of the work that i do, it have to run multiple monitors so the idea of have more than one card is a must. I was thinking that this should be enough juice for the computer.
