Hey, I just finished building a new computer, but when I started to boot it up, only the power supply and optical drive boot up, no fans, no mobo, no hdd, no front panel LEDs, this is only my second build, and I am clueless, if anyone can help, please do. Specs listed below.

I just built a system with the parts listed below, and i cant get anything to show on screen at all, no bios, nothing, i used an old hard drive that has Windows Vista and all the files on it, any ideas on how to fix this.
