  • Wireless router without a modem?

    I just moved into an apartment where internet is included, which means I plug a CAT5 cable directly into the wall then connect it to my laptop.  There is an IT guy here, but when I call him his voice volume is so low I can't hear a word he says.  I think he does it on purpose.  Just kidding.  I don't know what his deal is ...
