I just recently bought a Samsung 24''. I am going off to school and would like to use this as a TV as well. What would I need to buy in order to watch TV on my monitor?

I added a AVerMedia AVerTV Combo PCIe to my PC.

So heres is what i have so far, NOTHING!..... there are no true HD TV tuner cards for PCs they don't exist and i feel sorry for those who fall for it.
