hi my computer is running a cheap water cooling. and i think the pumps about to die so i need to get a good cpu cooler any help would be vary nice

My graphics card (listed in the topic title) is at a temp of 58C while im doing nothing. Thats a little high for me. Im new to the whole, updateing your computer. So I was wondering what I should get to cool the card down.   My budget is 15 - 30 dollars. Thanks for any help.

I just built a new system and I purchased this cooler. Everything seems fine, but this fan only moves at 500+ RPM. The fan also seem like it doesn't want to move at bootup. I bought an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro for my e6750 and plan to push a slight overclock. Question is... should I bother cleaning off the goop on the heatsink base and reapply some 4 year old Arctic Silver 3 or just leave it as is??
