Alright. So I thought this would be, in fact, simple to set up. I've had one Sapphire HD3870 for a while yet. So I upgraded my PSU to support CrossFireX, according to the requirements from Sapphire (ie: what's stated on the box), as well as acquired a second, identicle HD3870.I reinstalled the drivers, no problem (had to reinstall due to the ...

I want to build a system with a quad processor (one chip) and need at least two Ethernet NICs. 100baseT is fast enough, but I'll take gigE if I have to.
When I try to search the newegg site, I get lots of MBs with support for Intel Dual Core CPUs, but can't figure out how to restrict the search to two NICs.
I don't care about fancy ...

I am interested in the BIOSTAR A770 A2+ AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail, but have a question.
The motherboard has a header for a parallel port but does not come with an appropriate cable to extend it to the rear panel of the computer. I will need this to hook up my printer. Does anyone know where I might find one?
I know ...

Thought my Intel CPU 2.53 (socket 478) had died. My (very fine) Asus P4S8X motherboard audio ''post reporter'' suddenly began saying ''CPU test failure'' upon boot up. Just a little background... this machine has been running flawlessly since 2003 (believe it or not) windows xp pro. So.. I naturally assumed that the post reporter was correct. ...

I have finally finished my upgrades to my pc (for the most part anyway). I got a Intel Q6700 and a Abit IX38 Quad GT, and let me tell you, this thing is fast! I thought my old Pentium D 930 and Abit AL8 was fast, but man this quad core is as smooth as butter. I'm also happy to report that my Blue Orb II heatsink fits ''perfectly'' on the ...
