Day of Defeat: Source and TF2 support two cores by default and can offer better support through simple console commands (TF2 tends to be pretty unstable with these though).  HL2:EP2 and Portal offer multi-core support.  Crysis, UT3, Assassin's Creed, and a handful of other recent releases offer multi-core support.

I just bought a factory overclocked GeForce GTX 280 to go with my new system and I'm assembling tommorow. I also have already bought Crysis. Any 280 owners know how the game performs?
