cyberpower pc, is this a good buy?

Hello, i am in the market for a desktop, and i need one fairly cheap. I already have this comp and i really want the desktop for gaming (not intense gaming). I was thinking of getting this

but then i surfed the web and found out that cyberpowerpc is rather infamous for crappy service/computers. Will it be any different if i buy from newegg? Is this a good buy for casual pc gaming? and before anyone asks, no i will not build my own computer, i have never done it before and i am not very confident in my abilities.

I'm new at all this computer and internet stuff, even though I have been in the Computer Hardware Industry for 20+ years. PCB Desiger by trade. Worked on Unix Mainframes thru PC's. Used almost all OS's with the exception of MAC. Looking at the possibility of working for myself. Trying to decide what to do with the "Rest of my life". Currently un-employed, so my options are wide open. I'm a hard worker, and learn best, hands on. Residing in the NorthBay area of California, and prefer not to move.

So, if there is anyone that is in the need of extra reliable, trainable help, hit me up
