I actually used XFX's website, looked at their list of products since they have both ATI and NVIDIA and have a pretty broad range, from just looking at what they have its pretty easy to figure out.

Doing some simple research, such as going to NVIDIA's or the manufacturer's websites.

I think the best he can do is a ATI HD 4670 GDDR3 card coming in at under 7'' and not requiring a power connector.  All 8800/9600s and 4700/4800s come in at 8'' or longer. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125277

n0lxx:Run CCleaner through the registry to get rid of your dead entries. Then use it to get rid of your old files. Defrag the hard drive. I would love to, but my free time for this has been getting less and less.  It takes a long time to refresh the ones I do have already. Glad you like the i7 builds!

Thanks for the feedback!  I thought it'd be a nice way to keep it a bit fresher if I wasn't able to get to it as regularly as I have in the past.  I think I'm going to leave the memory/motherboard/CPU all as they are, perhaps a quad core alternative for the Intel.

Sounds good, just don't expect much out of the gaming arena with that card.  Overall though its a good general use PC or low end gaming.
