You should not need anything. Your 3 pin fan connector has a slot that will fit onto the tab of your 4 pin fan header on the board

Free ship can mean anything, I've gotten free ship items ups and eggsaver. I can not tell who the shipper is until I get a tracking number. My last order for an entire pc, the hardware parts went UPS and eggsaver for the case, which ment I had to wait for several more days for the case to show up

Windows Update patches security vulnerabilities. Do you honestly think a routers firewall would protect you? Do you think the bad guys will stop exploiting XP because M$ isn't going to support it?
I do realize that a large percentage of pc's out there still run XP and it's quite possible that M$ will extend the extension they already have ...

And add the fact that XP barely has one year of life cycle left on it before M$ pulls the plug on it's updates.
Hardly makes it worth the effort to install it for that much time

Although it would be nice to pick things up locally (especially cases) I am one that does not want to cough up the tax just yet. Maybe if they start taxing internet purchases then it wouldn't matter
