It might have been the motherboard and videocard as well, or not, might just have been the PSU, Will never know, But At least they were all RMA'd in time and maybe someone else will have the same issue and can reffered to this page for more help. ...

Finally had a chance to post, I backed up my windows drive, formated and installed new windows 7. Everything seems to be fine now. Conclusion, Power Supply got damaged during the storm. Will RMA it. For now, I will use my 500watt.

Well lucky me, computer won't stay on long enough to post to desktop without restarting. So installing new drivers is becoming an issue.
