I found the solution. I had to unlock it first, sigh
So far im testing bunch of differnt ROm right now include custom ROM.
2.01 WM 6.1 sprint ROm
WM 6.5 ROM MightyROm
WM 6.5 ROM EnergyROM

There is no Athlon X4, just Athlon II x4, Athlon II x4 is basicly phenom II X4 with l3 disable, it's mostly manual fault
