when i need to research dependability of a product i don't depend on just the NewEgg reviews that r made up of a lot of ''high'' tech reviewers,,u should be looking into professional review sites, or at least multiple review sites to help determine which products u should take a chance with,,just my $.02

Thank you so much :D do you have a gpu suggestion because I dont know which one you mean. and isnt all of that ram a little excessive? i'm thinking along the lines of a 660ti or AMD equivalent,,,actually one of the best GPUs to run Vegas was the GTX570,, but the 660ti is pretty equal, but much better on playback,, 16GB of RAM ...

in that case ur good to go,,u may want to increase ur RAM to 2 x 8GB as it will help u with the rendering,,, also i would do some googleing to see if an invidia GPU would be better with the Vegas software,, rest looks good my friend

what's the primary use of this PC ,,games, pro video editing, CAD etc, etc

for the uses that u posted it would be better to change ur CPU to the 3570K,, ur going to be doing nothing to take advantage of a i7 3770 CPU,,,,save a 100 bucks and use that money elsewhere,,,,
16GB of RAM will be wasted here, 8GB,,, 2 x 4GB is all the RAM u will need in this PC, games will never use 16GB of RAM, and nothing u have ...

to get an answer to ur question i would advise u to send an e-mail to wecare@newegg.com ,,,,i can also tell u that actually calling NewEgg customer support rather than e-mail or chat will bring u better results when problems arise,,,
