amabhy:Sounds like an issue with the browser. I've seen old versions of IE or versions of Firefox with tons of add-ons fail at streaming video. So, I'm trying to listen to a music video on Youtube, and the video is loaded (the load bar is all red), yet it still hick-ups a lot.  I'll pull up the task manager, and it's only at 10% CPU.  Why is this happening?
