It's the former K.I. Sawyer Air Force Base in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the B-52H Stratofortress used to base out of it for Strategic Air Command.

If you have the correct things turned on in Google Earth it will show the Current name, from there you'll have to do so Googling to get the name I'm looking for.

The Airfield is in the U.S.

Ok, just to remove any confusion the Fortress you are looking for is NOT the B-17 Flying Fortress.
Additionally this airfield is no longer active as a military base.

Indeed! It's actually the rusting hulls of the ships of Chernobyl Harbor! The Chernobyl plant was built a ways outside of the town Chernobyl. Pripyat (the town) was then built around the plant. I saw it when I was getting the stuff for my Chernobyl set, and it looked so neat that I decided to use it this time.
