Take this little hint about what drives games. Look at the Xbox 360. It has a Radeon 500 Megahertz GPU with 10 Megabytes or Vram. And it has a 3+ Gigahertz ...

A very important thing to note, If you are on a 32 bit OS you won't see all 4 GB, only like 3 GB or more or less.

How much of what RAM is currently installed in your system?
If your not sure I suggest replacing the old RAM, because if you mix RAM with different operating voltages or latencies the system won't post.
If you want 2GB I'd go with these.

Agree, try going back to the 18x.xx drivers, the 19x.xx drivers are total garbage on 8xxx series cards.
