    I understand what you are trying to do... keep the price very close to $500.00. But there are some things which I would not budge on. So, I have a little bit of changes to do to both builds... more to my liking... which ''of course'' will change the price to a bit more. AMD.... really a excellant build, but I would buy a different mobo... ...

    Time to upgrade as well. Built in 2001 Athlon 1800 Asus A7V333, you were able to OC if you switch the right dip switch, so I never OC'ed PC 2700 256 x 2 OCZ with Copper heatsinks (this was the very bigging of heatsinks on RAM) 2 x 100 gig harddrive, ran on an IDE RAID 0 set up ATI 8500 64 meg , this card was so good THEY BROUGHT IT BACK ...
