like i said they are about the same, and since you do video editing then the 680 wins.
they are both going to play any game at max settings

about the same, depends on the game, anything software that uses CUDA wants the 680. Such as video editing. the 680 uses less power

the second build is better because it costs $400 more, you cant really compare the two.
if you change the CPU to the i7 and add the power supply you have in the second build, then i prefer the first.

retail you have product support, plus choice of 32bit or 64bit
OEM is nearly half the price
