    Star Craft Online

    Kind of a silly question but, do you need the full game to play Starcraft online or can you just play with the expansion set? I'm getting ready for number 2! =) I have the full version and the expansion set plus another expansion set CD and I was wondering if i give the other expansion set CD to someone will I be able to play them online

    You should beable, because as long as both of you can access to battlenet, there shouldnt be a problem

    Well the issue here, I would think, would be the serial key for the original game.  If you and your friend used the same key to install the original game then BattleNet might just take note and not allow you to play.  But I do not know for sure so I guess you would have to try and see.

    if you and your friend are on the same CD key, you won't be able to play on Bnet, regardless if you have two copies of the expansion CD. But a full copy of Starcraft should only cost you like $10 (if that).

    I did a text search on NewEgg for star craft and got nothing.

    But here is a link to whats avilable on Amazon when I searched star sraft
