    SSD for Gaming?

Currently I am using a  Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive. Since I am anyway planning on putting some new parts to boost the performance - primarily for gaming, I was wondering if I need to get a SSD and put the game application on that drive.
Well the game in question is WoW.

Any thoughts or ideas or suggestions.

    Re: SSD for Gaming?

The SSD will speed loading of the game and maps and such but won't make the game run faster or the graphics any better. Here's the link to a review at Toms that might help you answer the question: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ssd-gaming-performance,2991-14.html
