ddr3 1600 running at 1066??? someone help please.

So i've recently just built my tower and everything is almost perfect, except for some random fails on my ati card, but yea. I'm running i5 on windows 7 pro 64bit, with

GIGABYTE GA-P55-UD4P LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

and

OCZ Obsidian 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model OCZ3OB1600LV4GK - Retail

(sorry for the big letters)

my problem is that my memory is running at 1066 instead of 1600. I was wondering if i could change this so that my memory would be running at 1600. any help would be awesome, thnx =]

Set your voltage to 1.65, then you should be able to set your memory to 800 Mhz (DDR3-1600)

Onboard RAID vs. 3Ware RAID

I never recommend people run RAID-5 with onboard chipsets.
