Can I cancel a RMA number?

    Can I cancel a RMA number?

    I have an RMA active for a mouse I bought from Newegg. I'm unable to get the item to Newegg within the 14 day time frame. I won't have the money to ship the item for over 1 week and I'm pretty far away from California. I doubt it would get there in 2 weeks.

     Can I cancel the RMA number?

    You can let it expire and nothing will come of it. If  you can ship it via the post office it should only take a week to get there and that would be your cheapest way.

    So after the 14 days expire I can get another RMA number for the same item without any problems?

    That I can't tell you,. Get on live chat during there business hours and ask them if that is possible. I can't say one way or another.

    if its slightly late...u may just give newegg a headsup..that would be fine.....if not...sure u can set up another RMA when ur available...but only if its within the warranty

    If the RMA gets voided while your item is in transit to us then we will just make a new one for you and process it.
