       I ordered a pair of maximo i590 earphpone on 11/1/09,,after getting home from work on 11/02/09 I checked my order status to have a idea when the shipment would be here so I would be home to pick it up.But strangely when I clicked on the tracking number which had appeared(24 hrs after the purchase was made),it told me this,"We do not yet have any record of the tracking number you've entered. Please try again later."So from my past few years of shopping experiences with newegg,they had been great to deliver my shipments in a 2-3 days,I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this little technical problem here as I dont want my shipment to arrive without my knowledge of the delivery date then putting me a situation which I have to pick it up from a USPS site or the like.

       Can some one help me with this particular situation,my order number is: (Edit personal information) and tracking number appears on my order status which doesnt work until now is: (Edit personal Information).

Took out tracking numbers.

Read the rules of the forum General Forum Rules

Contact Dom_Dom he works for Newegg and give him your tracking numbers there. Also please next time do not put that information in the forums you have to remember this is a public forum and people can see these. Well that is unless you want someone to show up at your door without your consent.

If you took the free shipping, they look like they would have got shipped Egg Saver.

You may want to peruse the eggsaver folder, http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/565034.aspx , you'll see the DHL to USPS method isn't conducive to the normal NE tracking system. Can be a pain, but have faith, it works, regardless of what you'll read about some people's opinions. Just can't track it as closely.

If you've ordered more items, that made the package over 14 oz or ordered UPS shipping direct, then yes, certainly heed Tracers advice and contact the MAN, the DUDE, the one and only Dom-da-de-Dom. lol. Wyldr'dude is also a helping sttaffer.

        Thanks alot guys for the suggestions,I checked back again today(11/03/09),partial shipping info was up but without a definite delivery date,and it says "tendered to usps"(from DHL).So,my question is: 1.How do I find out the exact delivery date? 2. Do I have to be home to pick it up in case of delivery,or will they leave the package in my mailbox just? (I had tried to track my shipment on both the DHL and USPS site,they didnt seem to have my shipment records shown). Thank you very much,your help will be appreciated !

I had the same issue with the RAM I just ordered.  I would say it is a USPS issue, not a NewEgg issue.  It did show up well within the promised timeframe though.  i hope it works out for you.

since they dont require a signature...they might just leave it somewhere around ur frontdoor
