I am a newegg preferred account holder. I use my account regularly, pay it off before the promotional rate of 0% expires, have never, ever been late with a payment and have had the account in good standing since it was opened in august 2006.
Today I place an order for a bunch of parts for some builds I'm working on and my payment method of newegg preferred is declined?? Say what??
Then I remember hearing the CIT financial group went into chapter 11 yesterday and sure enough, newegg preferred is handled by CIT Bank of CO, one of the CIT groups banks. So is this the end of newegg preferred unless newegg finds a new financial provider for it?
