My main concern is my video card.  Let me know if this is a sufficient power supply for my setup, i'm a newbie and need some help or suggestions.

Sunbeam is a teir 3 PSU but only by name not model, now if the specs are accurate and you hook each of the 2 6pin connectors to the VC from seperate rails since it is only 28amps per rail and your VC states 36amps required you should be ok. I would recomend you look at a teir 2 PSU although they are more expensive the quality and peace of mind would far outweigh the cost.

I'd rather go with the OCZ StealthXStream 700watt power supply.  It's a higher quality power supply, and it's currently on sale on newegg for $55(after $20 rebate).  It was on sale yesterday for $47.49 AR on newegg, but that sale seems to have gone away.

700watts is plenty of power for your build, and gives you some breathing room for future upgrades.
