    Perfect motherboard

How come it never seems like you can find a motherboard that fits all your needs? epically for like a complete high end PC it seems impossible that you can find a motherboard that is even SLI capable and has a PCI express X1 that is ussuable when you have two GPU' in SLI and if you do its not Tri-SLI

So if you want the highets end of Gameing PC and you want 3 GPU's AND a sound card well to bad i have yet to find a motherbaord that can do this

Well, ATX is generally 7 slots..  3 triple-SLI slots uses 6 slots and so you should have 1 slot left for a sound card.. Some cases even have 8 slots, and some motherboards have an x16 slot on the very bottom of the board and so you can make use of that 8th slot..

There are plenty of motherboards out there that will do what you're asking, but certainly you'd have to go with Intel for it as nvidia hasn't put out any decent chipsets in years.. The current chipsets nvidia has out now are just remakes of previous chipsets and licensed to be sold with DDR3..

    Onboard RAID vs. 3Ware RAID

I never recommend people run RAID-5 with onboard chipsets.

    MSI PRO-E X58 , MSI X58 Eclipse SLI

    ASUS Rampage II Extreme X58

    Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5

EVGA E760 Classified "Overclocker's Pick", EVGA E759 Classified Limited Edition

All of the above are Tri-SLI/Xfire capable and have an accessible PCI-Ex1 slot
