My Intel Q9450 is running too high for the HSF I have attached I think...
I have my processor OC'd to 3.2GHz (stock 2.6) and I hit temps as high as 62 C
I am currently using Arctic silver 5 and the Xigamatek HDT found here:

I am currently re-applying the HSF and thermal paste to see if that is the problem, but if that doesn't help then I might go ahead and buy the Zalman 9900.
Any suggestions on a sure fire way to apply thermal paste? and does anyone have any other ideas as to what could be causing this?
