    When Upgrading Computers...

What do you do with the parts you no longer use? Just toss? or is there any good way to give them away or sell?

You guys always have up to date machines but what do you do or did you do when you went from LGA775 to 1156 or 1366? You have to like swap the mobo, memory, and CPU, and that's a lot of stuff.   I have a huge issue with the concept of tossing something that is still usable. But I don't have anybody to give stuff to either. Any suggestion?

yeah, ebay is a good place to go unless u don't have an account there, then u may consider this option.

http://www.freecycle.org will direct you to a local group where can Freestyle offer to give away anything that someone might be able to make use of.

I sold all my old parts on craigslist.  Just if are going to do that.  Be very careful and meet in a public place.
