LCD monitor stands??

    LCD monitor stands??

    So  i am trying to get some desk space back... and would like to mount my spare 17inch LCD ( i use it for testing pcs) and its also  hooked to my  linux machine...  i know that this item is not from newegg, but i was wondering your thoughts anyhow...

     my concern is the attachment is a stare- and the back of the monitor is a square??

    It tells you the specs:

    "VESA 75x75mm / 100x100mm compatible "

     

    So mesure the screw holes on the back of your 17" monitor and then see if they are within the specs of: VESA 75x75mm / 100x100mm compatible.

     

     It should work and no the shape of the bracket that holds the monitor STAR, DIMOND, CIRCLE, SQUARE does not matter as long as those holes line up.
