    Asus Radeon 4890 + KINGWIN ABT-730MM 730W ATX

    Good setup?  I changed cards and ps.  Any input woulld be great!  Thank you

    Raidmax units are sketchy at best. The old saying , you get what you pay for, aptly will apply here.

    The 700W unit is most likely over-rated and capable of much less stable.

    personally, I wouldn't let a raidmax PSU even near a GTX GPU. 

    If you're stuck  with it, the 2+ 6 pin is fine, you just use the 6-pin and leave the 2out. But again, highly advise going to a higher quality supply. Juice is most important in a rig.

    OK so I changed it from a GTX260 to a 4890 and the Raidmax has been replaced with a KINGWIN ABT-730MM 730W ATX. Is that a better setup?

    4890 is a good move, that PSU is fine. But i would consider spending a bit more on a Corsair, from my experience they are a sound investment for any PC (high end or low end) since they usually outlast everything else (I've overhauled my system 3 times with the same PSU working like new). Something like this one.
