    Windows OS SB vs Full

    what is the difference in Windows for system Builders and Windows Full?

    The system builders version is legally bound to the first PC it is installed on. Retail version can be moved from one PC to the next and comes with customer support from MS. (so long as its only installed on one PC at a time)
