Do Netbooks have TV-OUT?

Do any of them?

I have videos on this computer that I wanna watch on a tv. I put dem on a DVD but not all of them will play. Especially H264 format.

And my tv is old and only has RCA inputs. I would like video and sound from the netbook to play through the tv.

you realize if you did some crazy VGA + Stereo to RCA video/audio you'd get awful 640x480 resolution video at best.

Also netbooks have awful CPUs for h.264 video decompression, so you'd get herky jerky playback.
