Hi,

I purchased  this 1u server case, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811152128
(has redundant 650w ps)

And this mobo for it, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813151196

I have two problems, I am not sure if I can resolve with these two

1./ the Power Supply mobo cord doesn't reach the socket for about two inches,
i guess I can fix this with some prolonger,

2./ the  mobo has two CPU power sockets, but the power source provides only one,

Does anybody now if with a splitter there will be enough power to power two 95w intel quad processors?

Any recommendation on a 1u chassis for the Tyan mobo? I need to fit 8 2.5 disks, or 4 3.5
and power two quad xeons and 18 dimms with 4gb each (72gb)

You don't use a splitter for these, you must use an adapter..

Can't help you with a 1u chassis, can't say I've ever bought one.. Might try googling some reviews..
