4pin to 8 pin adapter for cpu?

    4pin to 8 pin adapter for cpu?

    Would i be able to use it? I seen it online so i would think can. Am i correct? I have two 500W PSU That i might need adapter for?

    Ya, absolutely..  Go for it..

    Onboard RAID vs. 3Ware RAID

    I never recommend people run RAID-5 with onboard chipsets.

    Well, actually, most motherboards will work fine with just a 4 pin plug inserted.  You may not need an adapter.

    Unless you have a real high watt cpu, a 4 pin in a 8pin will work. I recall a lot of 130W p4's ran on one 4pin cpu connector, most Phenom's and C2Q's only really push 90-120W and thats at 100% cpu usage, which is a unreal scenario.
