samsung226bw flickering on startup

    samsung226bw flickering on startup

    It's about 3 years old, and when I start it up, it flickers.  It goes away after a few seconds (in the beginning, now takes increasingly longer).  Anybody experience this?  Any suggestions would be apprciated.

    Failing backlight, RMA ASAP.. Don't let your warranty run out before you get this fixed. It likely won't last long..
    Onboard RAID vs. 3Ware RAID

    I never recommend people run RAID-5 with onboard chipsets.
