    a good drive

    I am building my computer for gaming and watching movies.  what CD drive is a good one?

    Samsung, Sony, and LG's have the best quality.

    Don't forget if your running windows XP it doesn't have "native" DVD support, and you will have to download some CODECs in order to be able to watch DVD's on it. and you will need software to be able to burn and DVD's as well. (many drives come with the software, but some don't)
